Luke of LK electric is one of those people. There was an electrical problem in my grandmother’s home, which was built in the 1970s. Luke not only identified the problem immediately, but made the repairs as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. No upselling, no overpriced and unnecessary upgrades, just the fix that we asked for, and some advice on keeping the house safe from possible future hazards. He even came back to my house and returned the $20 that I accidentally overpaid him.
